About Us
Our journey started in the year 2012 with a Vision to help final year students crack interviews and join leading MNC’s. Our mission was to help companies get the right talent and to help colleges get the right placements for their students.
We began as a Campus recruitment soft skills training company, studying market trends and preparing final year students for cracking interviews in the college campus drives. Our company specific tailored trainings helped thousands of students get placed. In the last 12 years we have trained in over 50’000 students in over 150 colleges. In 2017 we diversified onto corporate training, specializing in communication and leadership skills and have trained over 50 different organizations.
This year in 2025 we are moving from just a Training organization to a Training and Placements organization, considering the major placement crisis in most colleges. We are rebranding as Catalyst Skill Hub and leveraging on our extensive experience, so as to serve our Colleges and Students better. We dream of making students transition from college to corporate seamlessly to build successful career.

Interview Skills Training
In College, special placement batches of 60 students with company specific interview rounds training. We cover Aptitude, Technical rounds, Non-tech Interview rounds, Soft skills and English proficiency.
Placement Partner
We help colleges with bulk placements by conducting on and off campus placement drives. We majorly deal with Pharma and Engineering Colleges.
Personal Training
– We do individual and group training for interview skills for students who want to get placed in leading MNC’s and also IELTS, GRE training online for students who want to study abroad.
Corporate Training
We specialize in Communication and Leadership workshops, for all leadership levels. We have a set of highly experiences corporate trainers and coaches who administer these workshops.
