Founded in 2012, our journey began as a placements training organization. Over the past decade, we’ve collaborated with over 150 colleges across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, training more than 50,000 students. By 2015, we expanded to corporate training, conducting specialized behavioral workshops in leadership and communication for over 100 organizations.
In 2019, we ventured into life and personal coaching, catering to a diverse clientele ranging from students to senior management. Now, in 2025, we are rebranding to integrate our extensive experience and proudly adding a new dimension as a placements company.
Founder & CEO - Joy B Hans
Joy B Hans brings 25 years of comprehensive experience, with a decade in corporate roles and 15 years dedicated to training and coaching.
Over the past 15 years, Joy has personally trained over 30,000 students, delivering impactful sessions at more than 100 colleges and 60 corporate organizations. His expertise spans across being a certified Life Coach, NLP Practitioner, and behavioral expert.
An acclaimed keynote speaker and distinguished Toastmaster, Joy has excelled in various leadership roles within the Toastmasters organization.
Driven by passion and results, Joy is committed to transforming the lives of young, aspiring individuals. He firmly believes in uncovering the potential in every person, viewing each as a diamond waiting to be discovered.
